All prices include a $100 non-refundable deposit to be made at the time of your reservation.  The balance is due one month prior to your stay.

Short Stays:

Short stays of up to 4 days - $400 for two, $450 for 3 or more people

Long Stays:

Discounts available for longer stays, please email Quiet Italy with your request.

Guests have full use of all cookware and kitchen items.

All prices are in US Dollars. Payment accepted in Euros at the current rate.
